Christian Schaaf is the founder of the company and managing partner. A graduate in public administration, he worked for 19 years in the Bavarian police, including in the white-collar crime squad, in a leading position in the serious crime division, and as an undercover investigator. 

After retiring from the police, he was a proxy-holder head of investigations and information security at an international business risk consulting company, where he ran numerous investigations into white-collar crime and industrial espionage. 

In addition, he developed information protection concepts for companies at risk and was involved in the development of security and crisis management for various large corporations, medium-sized companies, and wealthy individuals. He founded Corporate Trust with partners in 2007.
